Adam Shealy

Founder & Managing Partner

Adam Shealy is the Founder and Managing Partner of Grace Hill Capital. He leads the firm’s advisory and capital placement efforts, with an emphasis on structuring and executing complex transactions across acquisitions, recapitalizations, and development.

Adam has nearly two decades of experience in banking and capital markets and has executed over $1 billion in transactions across his career, including bridge and permanent financings, lease-up capital, and structured recapitalizations. He is involved from initial structuring through closing, maintaining alignment throughout the process.

Prior to founding Grace Hill Capital, Adam held senior investment banking roles at Ziegler and Lancaster Pollard, where he advised healthcare and senior living clients on debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. At Ziegler, he was part of a leading healthcare investment banking platform and a top-ranked underwriter of tax-exempt municipal bonds.

He began his career in energy trading before moving into corporate lending and capital markets roles at BNP Paribas and Lloyds Banking Group, where he managed global corporate relationships across the consumer and healthcare sectors, with experience spanning leveraged finance, debt capital markets, and derivative structuring.

Adam holds a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from Ohio University and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Capital University. He holds FINRA Series 7, 79, and 63 licenses. ‍
